Flip Wheel (Random Trick Picker)
Need a quick way to add variety to flip practice? The Flip Wheel helps you randomly select a trick or combo—perfect for warmups, skill sessions, or friendly challenges.
This page comes preloaded with the default Flip Wheel items (like 720 jump, Frontflip, Backfull, Kaboom, Cody, and more). You can keep it as-is or tailor it to your own training.
What’s on the wheel
The wheel includes a mix of single flips, twist variations, and combo-style slices—such as Sideflip - backflip, Backflip half twist, 360 jump - frontflip, Pull over full, Arabian flat, and Cody 2x.
Tip: If you’re running a group session, consider labeling slices by difficulty (e.g., “easy/medium/hard”) so everyone knows what they’re signing up for.
Make it your own (edit + weights)
Click Edit to adjust the list for your space, equipment, and goals. Want more reps on fundamentals? Give those items higher weights. Want a few spicy picks? Keep them at lower weight so they show up occasionally.
Run a no-repeat challenge with elimination mode
Turn on elimination mode to remove a result after it’s chosen. That’s great for:
- building a full routine order
- creating a “complete the whole list” session
- avoiding duplicates during team games
