One snapshot, one result, a receipt anyone can check

GoSpinWheel freezes the cleaned participant identifiers before selection. The signed receipt contains the exact snapshot hash, algorithm version, winner order, and replay seed. It does not claim the server was unable to choose a seed; it makes the recorded draw independently reproducible.

Can I import a CSV, TSV, or Google Sheet?

Yes. Map the participant-name column in your browser, review the cleaned preview, and upload only that mapped column when you run a verified draw.

How are duplicate entries handled?

By default, names are Unicode-normalized, trimmed, compared without case, and deduplicated by keeping the first occurrence. You can review the counts before drawing.

Can the same participant win twice?

No. Winners and ordered alternates are selected without replacement from one locked participant snapshot.

What is public in a verified receipt?

The receipt publishes winner names, opaque participant identifiers, the snapshot hash, algorithm version, and signature. Alternates stay private until promoted.
