goSpinWheel provides a free, web-based Random Spin the Wheel and Name Picker tool for entertainment, educational, and decision-making purposes.

  • Liability: goSpinWheel does not endorse user-generated content and expressly disclaims liability in connection with wheel content stored locally, saved to paid cloud libraries, or shared through public links.

3. Disclaimer regarding "Randomness" and "Gambling"

  • Entertainment Only: The materials on goSpinWheel's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. This tool is designed for fun, education (e.g., picking students), and casual decision-making.

  • Not a Gambling Tool: goSpinWheel is not a gambling platform. We do not handle money, bets, or payouts. We strongly condemn the use of our tool for illegal gambling activities.

  • "Rigged" Feature: We offer a "Weighted/Rigged" mode for magic tricks and pranks. By using this site, you acknowledge that outcomes can be manipulated by the wheel creator and may not always be truly random if settings are adjusted.

5. Accounts & Paid Plans

  • Free Use: Anonymous visitors may continue using the public spinner, editor, and local storage features.
  • Accounts: A signed-in account is required to create public share links, manage billing, and access any paid features.
  • Subscriptions: Paid plans remove ads and unlock a cloud wheel library. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and invoices are processed by the payment provider you choose at checkout.
  • Cancellation: Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals according to the rules of the payment provider and the current billing cycle.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on goSpinWheel's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. goSpinWheel does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

7. Links to Other Websites
