Permanent account deletion

This release completed the permanent account deletion flow with subscription safety checks, localized settings copy, and production validation.

Added a dedicated security section in settings with a permanent account deletion flow.
Added confirmation checks for account email and password-aware deletion for credential-based accounts.

Deletion now reuses the auth stack and cancels active subscriptions before removing the account.
