Default items on this wheel:

  • Jump 50 times
  • Spin again
  • Round for 1 min
  • Beat yourself slap 5 times
  • Set and don't move for 3 min

Best ways to use this wheel

Use weights to balance intensity—set the harder tasks to lower weight, or bump “Spin again” if you want longer sessions. If you’re running rounds, turn on elimination mode so the same item doesn’t repeat until the list is exhausted.
